TERRI'S ANGELS is a community-based 100% volunteer group partnering with the Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center (SYJCC) to receive tax-deductible monetary donations to purchase needed supplies and equipment for the IDF soldiers. Every penny goes directly to getting supplies into the hands of soldiers.  There is ZERO overhead. The requests are made by IDF commanders to the Terri’s Angels volunteer in Israel, who verifies the need. Terri’s Angels fund BBQs to feed the soldiers, equipment that needs replacing, strategic and tactical equipment, and general living needs. This is an ongoing venture where no one gains monetarily, and will continue for as long as Israel must defend its posture as the Jewish homeland.

Terri's Angels was started in October 2023 by Terri Ackerman in Long Island and her cousin Yael Levy in Israel in response to reports from the war fields by IDF soldiers (including Yael's three sons).   "A Pair of Cousins"
